Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to FormPH (birformph.com). We want you to be confident before you pay, which is why every account includes free forms to start.
1. Try before you pay
Every account includes 10 free Form 2307 PDFs — a one-time allowance with no time limit and no monthly reset. Free-plan forms are watermarked previews; a paid plan generates clean, filing-ready copies. Use the free forms to confirm the Service meets your needs before subscribing.
2. Subscriptions & billing periods
Paid plans are billed per billing period (monthly or annual) in Philippine Pesos. Access to your plan's document limit is granted for the period you paid for.
3. Refund eligibility
- 7-day money-back: If you are charged for a new subscription and have generated no documents in that billing period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges or charges made in error are fully refundable once verified.
- After use: Once you have generated documents in a billing period, that period is generally non-refundable, as the Service has been delivered.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a cancelled period unless required by law.
5. How to request a refund
Email leveragingdigitalph@gmail.com from your account email with your payment date and reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via PayMongo, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or e-wallet.
6. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or other applicable law.
